2 packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

1 package of Knorr vegetable soup mix

1 package of Knorr Leek soup mix

4 green onions, chopped

4 fresh garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper corns (or to taste)

11/2 cups sour cream

1 package of Philadelphia cream cheese, softened

1 cup Mayonnaise

1 loaf Sourdough Bread

1 can pineapple, crushed and drained or 1 can mandarin oranges, drained

1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped

Prepare Sourdough Bread:

About 1/4 - 1/2 inch down from top of bread, cut off top with serrated knife and set aside. Hollow out the inside of the loaf by pulling out inside, pull out in bite sized pieces until all of the soft fresh inside has been removed, place in medium sized bowl and set aside.

In another large mixing bowl, combine Philadelphia cream cheese, Hellmans Mayonnaise and sour cream mixing until well combined.

Add, both packages of soup mixes and stir to combine.

Add chopped water chestnuts if desired, green onions, fresh garlic cloves and fresh ground pepper corns mixing until well combined. Taste and add more fresh ground pepper if desired.

Stir in thawed, drained and squeezed dry spinach and mix well until combined.

Optional and not a must
If desired, for that "extra special" taste delight, add in either one of your choice of the drained crushed pineapple or mandarin oranges and stir until all ingredients are mixed together and well combined.

Pour your spinach dip into hollowed out sourdough bread bowl, cover with top for decoration, or cut up and add to your bowl of bread pieces that you have set aside.

Place bread bowl of spinach dip on decorate platter, place the bite sized pieces of soft inside bread around the outer edges of the plate. You may want to cut up extra bread, a baguette works great or add some crackers with this favorite as you will be surprised to see it literally disappear within minutes!

This is a favorite for party food, I must say, Enjoy!
