4 pounds bone-in pork ribs - washed and patted dry with paper towel
Homemade Barbeque Sauce
1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon table salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon montreal steak spice
4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
In small saucepan, mix all ingredients on medium heat
Whisk until well combined and sugar has disappeared.
Remove from heat and reserve 1/2 cup for the table.
In 2 large greased casserole dishes, place meat and brush on both sides with sauce.
Bake at 350 F for 45 - 50 minutes or until tender. Basting occasionally with remaining sauce and turning meat in between.
Heat reserved Barbeque Sauce and place on your table for extra added tastiness.
Serve with Garlic Mashed Potatoes or Twice Baked Potatoes
Makes 6 - 8 servings - Serve and ENJOY! YUMMY!
