1 unsliced loaf of French Bread

1/4 cup butter - softened and divided

1/4 cup mayonnaise

4 green onions - chopped

1/4 pound (100 grams) baked ham or black forest ham

2 large Roma tomatoes - sliced thin

8 large eggs - lightly beaten

1/2 cup shredded Provolone Cheese

1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese

table salt

fresh ground peppercorns

Cut french bread in half lengthwise, carefully hollow out top and bottom, leaving 1/2 inch shells.

Combine butter, mayonnaise and green onions together, mixing well, spread inside of shells.

In large pan, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add eggs, salt and pepper to taste and cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until edges are almost set. Spoon into bottom shell and top with Provolone Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese and baked ham. Top with Roma tomatoes and cover with Top Shell.

Wrap in greased tin-foil and place on large sheet or cookie pan.

Bake at 375 F for 15 - 20 minutes or until heated through.

Cut into serving size pieces and Serve.

Serves approx. 8 people - Fabulously Tasty!
