1 cup mango, cubed

1 cup papaya, cubed

1 cup pineapple, cubed

1 cup strawberries, sliced

1 cup blueberries

2 small to medium sized oranges, peeled and sectioned - all white removed

1 apple large, preferably a Fuji, cored and cubed

1 banana, peeled and sliced

1/4 cup fresh pineapple juice or fresh oranges, juiced

1/4 cup coconut rum (this is for the adults, Yummy!)

Wash and prepare mango, papaya, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries and mix together in large glass fruit bowl. .

Peel and pith oranges, (removing the white bitter part) section and cut over the bowl with other fruit letting juice run over top of the other fruits, mix and stir until well combined.

Add fresh pineapple juice or juice of fresh oranges and toss well.

For the Adults - Add coconut rum and toss well.

Chill thoroughly before serving.

Optional - Sprinkle just a bit of coconut flakes on top before serving for garnish.

This is one delicious fresh fabulous delight!

Cooking Tip:
If you are having kids around, make two of these great recipes, one for the Adults and one for the kids, I like to do this little cooking tip when I am cooking for a crowd and there is usually kids around.

Serves about 6 - 8. Double if you are making two!
