Frittata Recipe With Baked Ham and Packed With Fresh Garden Vegetables

Packed with flavor with Fresh Garden Vegetables, French Bread, Cheddar Cheese and Eggs... How about adding a Baked Brie in Puff Pastry or The Asparagus Spears wrapped with Prosciutto to your table of Brunch Recipes... Fantastic!

A Frittata Recipe packed with flavor. A favorite in Brunch Recipes with Baked Ham and Fresh Garden Vegetables added to fresh Eggs would be a delicious choice to add to a table of Breakfast Recipes.

This Frittata Recipe makes two baking dishes full of flavor to serve friends and family. For a great suggestion to add to your table of Brunch Recipes, how about a Fresh Fruit Salad or a variety of Breakfast Muffins. For something special choose one of the Coffee Recipes, a fresh brewed Italian Espresso with Whipped Cream or Vanilla Ice Cream, Delicious! The Cinnamon Buns with Cream Cheese Frosting would be another excellent suggestion for an Ultimate in Sweet Brunch Recipes.

This favorite in Breakfast Foods, is great for a weekend treat for the family or any holiday gathering or special occasion. Especially on Christmas morning, spending time with Friends and Family. This Frittata Recipe is one of my favorites to make and is on my menu for Breakfast Foods during the Holiday Season.

3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms

3 cups chopped zucchini

1 large green pepper, chopped

1 large red pepper, chopped

2-4 cloves of fresh garlic, minced

1 medium white onion, chopped

1 medium red onion, chopped

2 cups cubed fully cooked baked ham

1/3 cup extra virgin Italian Olive Oil

2 packages (8 ounces each) - Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened

1/2 cup whipping cream, not whipped

1 dozen large eggs

4 cups cubed french bread

3 cups (12 ounces) Cheddar Cheese, shredded

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper corns

In a large non stick pan, add Italian Olive Oil and over medium high heat saute mushrooms, zucchini, onions, green pepper and fresh garlic until liquid has evaporated.

Turn heat down, add Baked Ham and stir until heated through. Set Aside.

In large mixing bowl, whisk the softened philadelphia cream cheese and whipping cream until smooth.

Whisk in eggs.

Stir in cubed french bread, Tillamook Cheddar Cheese, salt and pepper and sautéed vegetable mixture.

Pour into 2 greased 11 x 7 x 2 inch glass baking dishes.

Bake uncovered at 350 F for 35 - 40 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.

Serve and ENJOY

Makes approx. 16 servings - 8 servings per dish.
