Vanilla Ice Cream - Surprise Pick Me-Up

Serves 2

1 cup (approx.) crushed ice

1 cup iced coffee

1 cup vanilla ice cream - or flavor of your choice

4 oz chocolate liqueur - Kahlua or Baileys Irish Cream work GREAT

For a favorite in Blender Drinks, blend together crushed ice and all ingredients, mix well and serve this delicious favorite and enjoy!

Original - Iced Coffee

Serves 2

In tall glass, add cold milk about half full. Add Iced Coffee about 1 inch from top of glass. Add chocolate syrup or flavor of your choice (chocolate is my favorite) stirring until mixed well. Add ice cubes and serve. Garnish with whipped cream if desired Serve and Enjoy a favorite in Drink Recipes.

or - blended version

In blender add approx. 1 cup crushed ice, milk and iced coffee to cover. Add chocolate syrup and mix well. Garnish with either a spoon of Whipped Cream or Vanilla Ice Cream for a different spin if desired. Serve and Enjoy.

Chocolate Iced Coffee

Serves 2

4 cups iced Italian Espresso Coffee

4 tablespoons chocolate syrup

1 1/2 cups milk

1/2 cup whipped cream

4 scoops vanilla ice cream

Blend ingredients except for whipped cream and vanilla ice cream until smooth. Add whipped cream and vanilla ice cream and blend together with other ingredients. Pour into glasses. Garnish with whipped cream and Belgian chocolate shavings. Serve and watch the smiles turn into grins with this favorite.

Italian Espresso Supreme

Serves 2

2 oz iced Italian espresso or regular strong iced coffee

3 oz vanilla vodka

3 oz Kahlua

2 oz white creme de cacao

Vanilla Ice Cream

A favorite that's shaken and not stirred. Pour ingredients in shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into chilled glasses and serve topped with Vanilla Ice Cream. One very yummy favorite in Coffee Drinks!

Baileys Irish Cream Iced Coffee

Serves 2

2 cups iced coffee (I like using the Italian Espresso)

1 cup milk

12 ice cubes, crushed

1 cup Baileys Irish Cream

In blender mix all ingredients except ice. Taste and add sugar if desired or more Baileys Irish Cream. Add ice and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Serve and enjoy!

Amaretto and Chocolate Liqueur

Serves 2

2 oz amaretto liqueur

1 oz creme de cacao

16 oz hot Italian Espresso Coffee

Pour liqueurs equally into Coffee cups. Pour in hot Italian Espresso Coffee. Top with Whipped Cream and Belgian Chocolate Shavings. Serve. A great pick in Coffee Drinks and oh so decadent, great for those cold rainy nights sitting by the fire.

2 oz tia maria coffee liqueur

2 oz white rum (Bacardi Rum)

8 oz hot Italian Espresso Coffee

An oldie but goodie. Pour liquor equally into 4 coffee glasses or mugs. Add hot Italian espresso coffee. Garnish with Whipped Cream, serve and enjoy.

Mexican Chocolate Hotty-Totty

Serves 2

6 oz white tequila

2 oz Kahlua

8 oz whipping cream or coffee cream

2 cups of hot chocolate

Pour liqueurs equally into 4 coffee glasses or mugs, add cream and hot chocolate equally also. Garnish with Whipped Cream and Cocoa Powder. A favorite in Coffee Drinks to sip on a cold winter night.

Belgian Chocolate

Serves 2

2 oz Kahlua

2 oz Sambuca

Cold Italian Espresso Coffee

Whipped Cream

4 teaspoons white sugar

Pour liqueurs equally into 4 glasses or mugs filled with Cold Italian Espresso Coffee, sweeten with sugar to taste if desired. Gently float whipped cream on top, sprinkle with grated Belgian Chocolate and totally revel in this chocolaty favorite!
