Line baking sheet with foil. Melt 3 ounces of each White and Milk Belgian Chocolate in small bowls. Set each bowl over saucepan of simmering water. Stir until smooth. Remove from over water. Drizzle all but 1 tablespoon of each of the chocolates over foil in thick (about 1-inch-wide) zigzag lines crossing over each types of chocolate (chocolate will pool in spots). Sprinkle remaining almond roca or toffee crunch or almond roca pieces over chocolate, chill chocolate bark until firm, about 1 hour.
Peel foil off chocolate bark; break into pieces. Press edges into ganache on cake. Remelt the reserved 1 tablespoon of each of the White and Milk Belgian Chocolate over simmering water, stirring often. Using spoon, drizzle chocolate over cake and bark. Chill up to 4 hours.
