2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/8 teaspoon table salt

1 cup butter, softened

3/4 cup white sugar

1 cup packed light brown sugar

2 large eggs, at room temperature

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

12 ounces Belgian Chocolate, Milk, coarsely chopped

4 ounces Belgian Chocolate, Dark, coarsely chopped

2 ounces Belgian Chocolate, White, coarsely chopped

3/4 cup English toffee bits

1/2 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Grease two baking sheets or line with parchment paper

Mix together flour, baking soda and salt.

In large mixing bowl, beat butter until creamy, using electric mixer at medium speed.

Add white sugar and brown sugar, beat until light and fluffy.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition, beat in vanilla.

Add flour in three additions, beat using low speed.

Stir in Milk, Dark and White Belgian Chocolate chunks, toffee bits and pecans

The dough will be very stiff.

Drop dough by slightly rounded tablespoonfuls about 1 1/2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheets.

Bake for 11 to 13 minutes or until no imprint remains when touched lightly with finger and edges are lightly browned.

Cool cookies on baking sheets for 2 minutes.

Remove from baking sheets and cool completely on wire racks.

Store cookies in airtight container.

Makes 5 1/2 dozen. These are absolutely delicious! Enjoy!
