30 chicken wings or 60 drumettes

8 cloves fresh garlic, minced

4 teaspoons fresh ginger, finely grated

1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

1 bottle of Louisiana Hot Sauce for Hot Buzz...zzzard Wings or Franks Red Hot Sauce

Wash chicken wings in cold water, lay on paper towel to drain and pat dry with more paper towel.

On large clean cutting board, cut wings at joint separating the drumettes, cut off wing tips and discard. 30 chicken wings should now turn into 60. Use already prepared and cut wings if you desire or just the packaged drumettes.

In a very large bowl, or 2 - 3 large re-sealable bags, whisk together fresh garlic, ginger, parsley, cilantro, Worcestershire Sauce, Soy Sauce and Louisiana Hot Sauce. Reserve 1 cup and set aside.

Pour marinade into the 2 re-sealable bags, dividing the marinade into each bag, add prepared wings. Seal bag and coat evenly, place in refrigerator and let sit for 1 hour.

If using a large bowl, add prepared wings and marinade, stir to coat evenly, cover with plastic wrap, place in refrigerator and let sit for about 1 hour.

Preheat Oven 400 F.

Line a 2 large Cookie Sheet with Tin Foil, spray with non stick spray or coat with 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Italian olive oil on each cookie sheet.
Place meat on Cookie sheets, spacing evenly, use 3 if necessary, some of the drummies may be larger in size than others.

Place in oven on middle rack. bake for about 30 minutes turning, half way through. Bake until crispy and nicely browned.

Remove from oven, let stand on protected surface.

Using tongs, remove wings from sheets and place In a very large mixing bowl,

Mix with remaining 1/2 cup of Louisiana Hot Sauce that you have set aside, toss or stir coating well.

Using tongs, place on serving platter or in a large bowl, garnish with fresh Cilantro or Parsley springs and serve with Blue Cheese Dressing on the side... Awesome!

Serves about 10 -12. Makes about 6 Wings per Guest.

Blue Cheese Dressing

1 cup sour cream

1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

2-4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon table salt

1/2 teaspoon fresh ground peppercorns

4-6 oz blue cheese, crumbled

Using a large bowl with lid, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire Sauce, mixing well.

Stir in fresh garlic, table salt and pepper corns.

Stir in crumbled blue cheese until all ingredients are well combined.

Cover with lid and place in refrigerator over night.

Remove from fridge and pour amount needed into serving bowl, garnish with parsley if desired.

Serve on the side with Chicken Wings for dipping. You won't be able to keep the bowl filled!
