1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup butter - melted
Philadelphia Cream Cheese Filling
3 packages (8 ounces each) Softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese
3/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3 large eggs - beaten lightly
6 ounces White Belgian Chocolate, coarsley grated
4 ounces Dark Belgian Chocolate, coarsley grated
1/3 cup strawberry jam
Strawberries and Belgian Chocolate Garnish
2 oz Belgian Chocolate, milk chocolate melted
1 pint Whipped Cream
10-12 Fresh Strawberries
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter in small bowl. Press mixture in bottom of greased 9 inch spring form pan and set aside.
Beat cream cheese and sugar in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, beat on low speed until combined.
Fold in both dark and white belgian chocolate pieces (reserving 2 ounces of the white belgian chocolate and set aside) and pour into crust.
Using reserved 2 ounces of white Belgian Chocolate, melt chocolate and strawberry jam over double boiler on medium low heat, stirring until smooth. Drip by teaspoonfuls over batter, with knife cut through batter swirling jam throughout.
Place pan on double thickness heavy duty foil, and wrap securely around pan. Place in another large baking pan, add 1 inch of hot water to larger pan.
Bake at 325 F for 80 - 85 minutes or until center is just set.
Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes.
Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen and cool for 1 hour longer.
Remove sides of pan and serve.
To make this a double Chocolate Whammy, Drizzle melted Belgian Milk Chocolate over top of Cake. Garnish with fresh Strawberries and a dollops of fresh whipping cream.
Melt belgian chocolate in double boiled or in microwave until smooth and creamy.
Drizzle melted chocolate over top of cheese cake.
Place dollops of whipping cream on top of cheesecake and place fresh strawberries on top of whipping cream.
Return to fridge, let set for at least an hour before serving.
