4 seeded and diced roma tomatoes

1/2 medium diced red onion

1 minced jalapeno peppers with seeds and stem removed

1 minced serrano chile peppers with seeds and stem removed

1-2 fresh limes - juiced

1/2 cup chopped cilantro

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

fresh ground pepper corns

Guacamole

Cheese Dip With Baked Lime Tortilla Chips


To make the Salsa Recipe:
In medium mixing bowl, add diced roma tomatoes, onions, lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper. Stirring well to mix.

Add chiles add a bit at a time as these can be hot. Taste and add more until your desired hotness is achieved. Be careful and wash your hands after handling these spicy little wonders. Add more salt and pepper to taste if desired.

Makes about 3 cups. Serve with Guacamole, Cheese Dip and Baked Lime Tortilla Chips.

Cooking Tip:
Set aside some seeds from the peppers and add to your salsa recipe if you are an extra spicy fan! If you're a tomato fan, add more diced roma tomatoes if you like a more of a tomato flavor.
