Jello, who doesn't love this winner in Side Dish Recipes and who would have thought this wiggly fun treat makes fantastic Salad Recipes. Great choices and top favorites to choose from, all are winners in Dessert Recipes for Jello Salad.







This favorite in Salad Recipes goes absolutely great with any of the Main Dish Recipes you pick. A great choice in side dish recipes or just for the kids for a better choice rather than potato chips in healthy snacks. Kids love these excellent Wiggly favorite Salad Recipes choices as well as the adults. Pineapple Lemon Lime Fluff
1 package lemon lime Jello

1 cup of hot water

1 can pineapple with juice, crushed

1 pint whipping cream

1 1/4 cups cottage cheese

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough cold water to juice to measure 1 cup.

In a large glass bowl, stir boiling water and lemon lime gelatin until completely dissolved. Stir in measured pineapple liquid.

Refrigerate until slightly thickened, about 1 hour.

While gelatin is setting in refrigerator, whip in medium to large bowl whipping cream and white sugar until firm peaks form.

Remove slightly thickened gelatin from fridge, blend and fold in whipped cream topping with large spatula until smooth.

Refrigerate 15 minutes.

Remove from fridge, blend in pineapple, cottage cheese, hellmans mayonnaise, pecans or walnuts.

Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Serve over romaine lettuce leaves.

Makes 12 Servings.


Blueberries and Pineapple
1 can pineapple, crushed in juice

2 packages blackberry or black raspberry Jello

2 cups boiling water

2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen, un-thawed

1 cup sour cream

1 package Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened

1/2 cup white sugar

chopped pecans or walnuts

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough cold water to juice to measure 1 cup.

In a large glass bowl, stir boiling water and blackberry or black raspberry gelatin until completely dissolved. Stir in measured pineapple liquid.

Refrigerate until slightly thickened, about 1 hour.

Remove slightly thickened gelatin from fridge and pour into a 9 1/2 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish and place back into fridge until firm.

In large bowl, combine and blend pineapple, blueberries, sour cream, philadelphia cream cheese and sugar until well combined with large spatula until smooth.

Remove firm gelatin from fridge, pour the pineapple and blueberries mixture over the set Jello. Sprinkle with chopped pecans or walnuts.

Place back into refrigerator and chill until set about 2 - 3 hours.

Makes 6 - 8 servings.


Strawberries and Kiwi
2 cups strawberries, washed and sliced

1 package Strawberry Jello

1 cup boiling water

1 can crushed pineapple, crushed in juice

2 kiwi fruit, thinly sliced

3 tablespoons confectioners sugar or powdered sugar

3 tablespoons sour cream

8 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough cold water to juice to measure 1 cup.

In a large glass bowl, stir boiling water and strawberry Jello until completely dissolved. Stir in measured pineapple liquid.

Pour into an 11 x 7 inch glass baking dish. Add strawberries, reserving 1/2 cup and set aside.

Refrigerate until set.

In medium bowl, combine Philadelphia Cream Cheese, sour cream and confectioners sugar, mix and cream until well combined, stir in crushed drained pineapple and mix until combined, spread mixture over set Jello.


Place sliced kiwi and the 1/2 cup of strawberries that you set aside on top of set strawberry Jello.

Return to refrigerator and let set for about 2 - 3 housr.

Makes 4 - 6 servings. Enjoy!


Lemon Pineapple Fruit Salad
1 package lemon Jello

1 can fruit salad cocktail

1 can pineapple, crushed

1 apple, diced

1 banana, cut into slices

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 pint whipping cream

Drain fruit salad cocktail and pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough cold water to juice to measure 1 cup.

In a large glass bowl, stir boiling water and lemon gelatin until completely dissolved. Stir in 1 cup measured fruit salad and pineapple liquid.

Add diced apple and bananas mixing well with gelatin mixture.

Refrigerate until partially set.

While gelatin is setting in refrigerator, whip in medium to large bowl whipping cream and powdered sugar until firm peaks form.

Remove slightly thickened gelatin from fridge, blend and fold in whipped cream topping with large spatula until smooth.

Return to refrigerator and let set for about 2 -3 hours.

Makes 4 - 6 servings. Enjoy!


Whipped Summer Salad
2 packages Lime Jello

2 cups hot water

1 pint whipping cream

8 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened

1 can pineapple, crushed and not drained

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough cold water to juice to measure 1 cup.

In a large glass bowl, stir boiling water and lime gelatin until completely dissolved. Stir in 1 cup measured pineapple liquid.

Refrigerate until partially set.

While gelatin is setting in refrigerator, whip in medium to large bowl whipping cream and 1 teaspoon white sugar until firm peaks form. Add softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese and blend on medium speed until well combined.

Remove slightly thickened gelatin from fridge, blend and fold in whipped cream and cream cheese mixture with large spatula until smooth and well blended.

Return to refrigerator and let set for about 2- 3 hours.

Makes 4 - 6 servings. Enjoy!
