Black Forest Jello Recipe Delight
2 cups cold milk

1 package instant chocolate pudding mix

1 package cherry Jello

1 pint whipping cream

6 maraschino cherries

Make Cherry Jello according to package directions using a glass bowl. Place in refrigerator until partially set.

In large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes.

In chilled bowl, pour in whipping cream and 1 teaspoon white sugar, beat with mixer on high until firm peaks form.

Remove partially set cherry Jello from fridge, fold in whipping cream reserving 1 cup and set aside. Stir jello and whipping cream until combined well.

In 6 tall glasses or large cups, spoon layer of chocolate pudding in each glass or cup. On top of pudding, spoon cherry jello whipping cream mixture into each glass or cup.

Keep alternating the layers until you have reached top of glasses or cups leaving at least 1/2 inch room.

Top with remaining reserved Whipped Cream.

Garnish with Cherries. Serve and enjoy!

Makes - 4 - 6 servings.


Icy Blue Jello Recipe
1 package cream cheese - softened

2 cups fresh whipping cream - whipped

2 cups blue jello cubes

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Make Jello according to directions. Let set and cube into nice small cubes.

In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

Stir in 1 cup whipping cream, reserving remainder for garnishing.

In 4 glasses or dessert bowls, layer cream cheese mixture and jello.

Chill until set.

Garnish with remaining Whipping Cream and Fresh Blueberries.

Serves 4


Orange Dream Jello Recipe
1 package orange Jello

1 cup boiling water

1 can mandarin oranges, with juice

1 pint orange creamsicle ice cream or orange ice cream, sherbet

Drain oranges, reserving juice. Add enough cold water to juice to measure 1 cup.

In a large glass bowl, stir boiling water and orange jello until completely dissolved. Stir in measured juice of the oranges and water liquid.

Refrigerate until slightly thickened, about 1 hour.

Remove slightly thickened jello from fridge and combine and blend in oranges and slightly softened creamsicle ice cream or orange ice cream until well combined with large spatula until smooth.

Pour into individual serving bowls, cups or dishes and place back into fridge until firm.

Garnish with sliced oranges or a favorite cookie tucked in the side, if desired.

Cooking Tip - For the Adults, pour some orange liqueur over the top before serving.

Makes 6 - 8 servings


Lemon Cheesecake Jello Recipe
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 package Strawberry Jello

2/3 cup boiling water

1 cup cottage cheese

8 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese

2 pint of whipping cream

Spray 8 or 9 inch spring form pan or 9 inch pie pan with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle bottom with graham cracker crumbs.

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water and pour into blender, add cottage cheese and philadelphia cream cheese, blend at medium speed, for about 2 minutes or until completely smooth, scraping down sides occasionally.

In large chilled bowl, beat whipping cream until firm peaks form, add 1 teaspoon of sugar if desired.

Pour blended cottage cheese mixture into whipping cream, gently stirring and blending until well combined.

Pour into your spring form pan, smooth the top. Chill until set, about 4 hours.

When ready to serve, remove sides of pan.

Garnish with fresh Strawberries.

Makes 8 servings


Orange and Tapioca Dessert
2 packages vanilla tapioca pudding mix

1 package orange Jello

2 cups boiling water

1 can mandarin orange pieces

1 pint Whipping Cream

Drain oranges, reserving juice. Add enough cold water to juice to measure 1 cup.

In a large glass bowl, stir boiling water and orange jello until completely dissolved. Stir in measured juice of the oranges and water liquid.

Refrigerate until slightly thickened, about 1 hour.

In chilled bowl, pour in whipping cream and 1 teaspoon white sugar, beat with mixer on high until firm peaks form.

Boil tapioca pudding until thick. Cool, stir in whipping cream and mandarin orange segments.

Place back in refrigerator and chill until completely set, about 2 - 3 hours.
