1 1/2 Pounds of Ground Beef

1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper corns

2 cloves fresh garlic, chopped

1/4 cup fresh chopped dill weed

1/4 cup fresh chopped sweet basil

1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese

6 cooked bacon strips, crumbled

1 pound fresh mushrooms

2-3 large roma tomatoes - sliced

4-6 lettuce leaves (your choice of lettuce)

4-6 Dill Pickles - sliced

4 slices Velveeta Cheese or Fontina Cheese or Gouda Cheese

4 fresh Kaiser Buns

In large bowl, combine ground beef, worcestershire sauce, fresh garlic, salt, pepper, sweet basil and dill weed. Mix until well combined.

Shape into patties, reserving about 4-6 tablespoons.

With beef mixture, divide into equal portions and shape into patties.

Make a hole in centre of patty with thumb, careful not to go through to bottom.

Combine Mozzarella Cheese and cooked Bacon and spoon into center of each patty.

With reserved beef mixture, cover patties, press and shape edges and top to seal.

Grill, covered 6 minutes on each side or until well done. Place Provolone Cheese on each patty about 2 minutes before removing from the-Q.

Meanwhile, while patties are cooking, saute Mushrooms in 1/4 cup of butter until browned. Transfer into serving bowl and set aside.

On serving platter, place tomatoes, dill pickles and lettuce.

Remove patties when cooked and place on serving platter.

Place bowl of mushrooms, tomato platter and your platter of Juicy Stuffed Hamburgers on table with a nice basket of fresh Kaisers.

Dress up your Kaiser's - Dill Sauce

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

1/4 cup either Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened) or Sour Cream

1/4 cup butter, softened

10 large Sundried Tomatoes, chopped

2 fresh garlic cloves, chopped

1 large bunch of baby dill weed, finely chopped and the larger stems removed

1/2 teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning

In small to medium sized bowl, add butter. Cream until soft.

Add Philadelphia cream cheese, Mayonnaise, fresh garlic, green onions, Montreal steak seasoning and chopped Sundried tomatoes, stirring until well combined. I use a hand beater with this, seems to make the dill sauce creamier.

Add chopped fresh baby dill weed and with a large spoon, mix until well combined. This is an absolute great creamy taste to add to those hamburger buns. A different and nice change to just the regular mustard and ketchup. But hey, you can still add on the mustard and ketchup any way, the more the merrier right, right!

Taste, and add more seasonings spices if desired. Some suggestions - pepper, onion powder, dried dill weed, Italian seasoning, Greek seasoning - these all work great, choose one or all, but make sure you taste as you add the seasonings spices, to your desired taste.

Let your family and guests go nuts and dress up their Juicy Stuffed Hamburgers with the works with the fresh Garden Vegetables. Roma Tomatoes, lettuce, sliced dill pickles, sauteed onions and mushrooms are all fantastic picks and are Marvelous!
