When I'm having a get together or just want to make something special on the Barbeque Grill for the family, these Baby Back Ribs are our favorite choice in Grill Recipes! At our house if I ask the question, "what do you want for dinner, I'm getting out the Barbeque Grill," the answer is Ribs Please! With a Caesar Salad and a Garlic Bread added, this is one menu that makes an easy-breezy evening in yummy Barbeque Grill Cooking!


For something really extra special for your menu would be to bring out a sweet treat for Dessert. For the kids, how about the Orange Dream Jell? With oranges and creamsicle Ice Cream the kids will squeal with delight! For the Adults, the Chocolate Ice Cream Cake would be the ultimate suggestion that would be out of this world!


Excellent Baby Back Ribs
4 1/2 Pounds Pork Ribs

2 Liters Coke or Pepsi

1 teaspoon table salt

1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper corns

4 fresh garlic cloves, minced

1 small white onion, diced

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1/8 teaspoon Paprika Spice


Homemade Barbeque Sauce
1/2 cup ketchup

1/4 cup vinegar

1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

1/2 teaspoon paprika spice

1/2 teaspoon table salt

1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper corns

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning

2 fresh garlic cloves, crushed and minced


In medium sized mixing bowl, add ketchup and vinegar and whisk until smooth. Or pour ingredients into large shaker cup and shake well.

Add brown sugar, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, paprika spice, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, Montreal steak seasoning and fresh garlic.

Whisk all ingredients well and set aside in fridge until ready to use.


Prepare and cut meat into serving sizes. Place meat in large re-sealable plastic bags or into a very large bowl and add Cola.

Seal bags and tun to coat, if using a large mixing bowl, turn meat to coat with cola and cover tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Drain and pat dry with paper towels.

Combine salt, pepper, fresh garlic, onions, Italian seasoning and paprika spice together in small bowl, mix until combined and rub over meat.

Prepare grill for indirect heat, using a drip pan.

Place meat over pan, grill covered over indirect medium heat for 1 hour, turning occasionally.

Remove your barbecue sauce from fridge.

Brush over meat, grill 10 - 20 minutes longer or until meat is tender.


Serves 4 - You may just want to double the recipe as these babies will fly of the plate!
